Team Q&A: Tiarne Wealands

We recently sat down with Senior Accountant Tiarne Wealands. Born and bred in Ballarat, Tiarne joined the team in early March 2022 after working for several local accounting and financial services firms in the Ballarat area.

What do you enjoy about your role with PPT?

The team of people I work with and the clients I get to meet and assist.

What roles/organisations did you worked in prior to joining PPT?

I did a 3 month internship with Andrew Rowan Wealth Management and after completing that I then started as a Graduate Accountant at Sharp Accounting in 2016 and then moved to PPT in March 2022.

What keeps you busy outside of work?

I enjoy heading to the MCG to watch the Demons play footy, catching up with friends, shopping and heading to the beach when the weather is good.

Where is your dream travel destination?

Greek Islands.

If you could invite any five people to dinner, who would they be?

Max Gawn, Barack Obama, Hamish Blake, Serena Williams and Julie Andrews.

TV Series – Love Island; Podcast – The Startup Diaries; Book – 9 Perfect Strangers.
